agnentis are pleased to introduce our Patient Costing Benchmarking Service for the NHS. The system takes advantage of the new National Clinical Costing Standard cost definitions to bring truly comparable cost data for the first time. Independent of the underlying costing system, site licences mean you can deploy it to all your users at the same low cost. You control who sees what and when.

The system does not required any advanced costing knowledge. End users can select the HRG or procedure they want to compare, the timescale they want to view and the comparison group they are interested in. These can be varied be easy to use drag and drop tools and drill downs and displayed in simple to understand formats.

The system not only shows the difference in each element of the unit cost, it also takes into account the impact of this cost differential given the volume of activity that you do. In this way, you can concentrate on investigating those HRGS and procedures that are having the greatest impact on the bottom line. Again this can be calculated for any patient type and against any comparative grouping.

We are committed to providing this service at a low cost to enable the greatest possible participation by the NHS but also in ensuring it provides real added value. Users will be fully involved in extending analysis capability in ways that they find the most useful.
